Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak xorijiy til o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy va ijodiy kompetensiyasini zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlar asosida shakllantirish jarayoni tahlil qilinadi. Kasbiy va ijodiy kompetensiya nafaqat metodik ko‘nikmalar bilan, balki mustaqil fikrlash, moslashuvchanlik, refleksiv yondashuv, ijodkorlik va kommunikativ faollik kabi shaxsiy sifatlar bilan ham belgilanadi. Ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilishicha, xorijiy til ta’limida kasbiy va ijodiy kompetensiyani rivojlantirishning asosiy didaktik tamoyillari integrativlik, kommunikativlik va faoliyatga yo‘naltirilganlikdan iboratdir. Shuningdek, tadqiqotda talabalarning ijodiy salohiyatini oshirishga qaratilgan metodik, raqamli, madaniy va refleksiv kompetensiyalarni integrallashgan holda rivojlantirish yondashuvlari taklif etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari xorijiy til ta’limi jarayonlarini takomillashtirish va bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy hamda ijodiy tayyorgarligini mustahkamlashga hissa qo‘shadi.
