Abstract
Ushbu maqolada kasbiy ta’lim jarayonida texnologiya o‘qituvchilarining loyihalash faoliyatini shakllantirishga oid metodik tavsiyalar ilmiy tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalar, xususan, loyihaviy yondashuvdan samarali foydalanish texnologiya o‘qituvchilarining konstruktorlik va kasbiy kompetentligini rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi. Tadqiqot davomida loyihaviy yondashuvning ta’lim jarayonidagi ahamiyati, uning texnologiya o‘qituvchilarining loyihalash faoliyatini rivojlantirishdagi roli o‘rganilib, samarali metodik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Maqolada loyiha faoliyatining bosqichlari, konstruktorlik kompetentligini shakllantirishga yo‘naltirilgan pedagogik strategiyalar hamda ularning amaliyotda qo‘llanilishiga oid ilmiy asoslangan tavsiyalar keltirilgan. Olingan natijalar texnologiya o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy tayyorgarligini oshirishda loyihaviy yondashuvning samaradorligini tasdiqlaydi.
