Abstract

Mazkur maqolada, tadbirkorlik faoliyatining zamonaviy bozor iqtisodiyoti talablariga muvofiq faoliyati uchun zarur bo’lgan va talab etiladigan jihatlar ko’rsatib berilgan. Bozor talabi indeksi buyicha talabga muvofiqlashuv tadbirkorlardan bir qancha sifatlarni talab etilishi ko’rsatib berilgan. Tavakkalchilik xarakteri tadbirkorni bozorni qaynoq nuqtasiga kirib borishi, raqobatga kirishishi va barcha mas’uliyatni o’z zimmasiga olgan holda, foyda olishga xarakat qilishini ko’rsatib beradi. Tavakkalchilik orqali tadbirkor o’z bozor mavqeyini oshirishga ham erishadi. Innovatsion faoliyat bilan tadbirkor tomonidan ishlab chiqarishda yangilik kiritiladi, mahsulotda yangi iste’mol qiymatlarini kashf etiladi va yangi turdagi mahsulotlar yaratiladi. Bu esa, tadbirkor xo’jalik faoliyatining jadallashuviga xizmat qiladi. Maqolada tadbirkorlikka xos bo’lgan xususiyatlar bilan birga, unga qo’yiladigan muhim bozor talablari ham izohlab berilgan. Jumladan, tadbirkor tomonidan ishlb chiqarish omillarini samarali tarzda birlashtirish. Boshqacha aytganda, ishlab chiqarish omillaridan samarali foydalanish. Tadbirkor tomonidan to’g’ri qarorlar qabul qilish va uning tashabbuskorligi, tashkilotchiligi borasidagi talablar buyicha samarali ishlar olib boorish mexanizmlari yoritib berilgan
