Abstract

Ushbu ishda 2,2’-((1,3,4-tiadiazol-2,5- diyil)bis(sulfandiyil)) di(atsetogidrazid) birikmasining biologik faolligi kompyuter modellashtirish usullari yordamida o‘rganildi. PASS Online natijalari moddaning serebral antiishemik va sitoprotektor xususiyatlarini ko‘rsatdi. Molekulyar dokking tahlillari PTP1B oqsili bilan yuqori bog‘lanish energiyasini (-7.7 kkal/mol) aniqladi, bu esa birikmaning diabetga qarshi potentsialini tasdiqlaydi.
