Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim tizimini boshqarishda meritokratik tamoyillarning ahamiyati va ularni tatbiq qilish yo‘llari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda oliy ta’limda meritokratiyaning nazariy asoslari, tarixiy rivojlanishi, asosiy tamoyillari, shuningdek, meritokratik boshqaruvning afzallik va cheklovlari haqida batafsil ma’lumot berilgan. Meritokratik boshqaruvda rahbarlarning o‘rni va roli, kadrlarni tanlash, obyektiv baholash va o‘sish imkoniyatlarini yaratish masalalari chuqur tahlil etilgan. Rahbarlik tamoyillari va meritokratik yondashuvlar ta’lim muassasalarida sog‘lom raqobat muhiti, samaradorlik va innovatsion rivojlanishni ta’minlashda katta ahamiyatga ega ekanligi ta’kidlangan.
